There is no contact form here, because a contact form needs a server and this site does not have one. Email is the way to reach us.
Write to simonkp.live@gmail.com. One person reads it, so a reply may take a few days.
What is genuinely useful to include
If something went wrong, the error message on screen has a "Copy details" button. It copies your browser version, which tool you were using and what failed. It never copies your file or its name. Pasting that into an email makes a problem far quicker to find.

- What happened instead.
- Which phone or computer, and which browser.
Please do not send us your files
We cannot debug a problem by looking at your photograph, and we would rather not receive identity documents by email. Describe the file instead: roughly how large it was, what format, and where it came from. The check a file tool will tell you all of that, and it works without uploading anything.
A form's rules have changed
If you have spotted that an exam or department has changed its size or dimension rules, do tell us, and please include a link to the official notification. We do not publish a requirement we cannot verify against an official source.
Suggesting a tool
If you keep hitting a problem this site does not solve, that is worth knowing. The tools here all exist because the same problem kept coming up.
